Most recently I co-led NYU’s university-wide governance process for evaluating new technology and vendors, and put generative AI to work on real problems — building working tools and evaluating models across capability and cost.

I spent a career practicing lead-by-influence governance in a federated, decentralized environment — the kind of setting where standards only work if people trust the person carrying them.

About this site

This site is its own small case study: I designed and built it using agentic AI tools in a single working session — what would otherwise have been a week of evenings — at no incremental tooling cost, on free static hosting. The AI drafted; I directed and reviewed every decision. Under the hood it’s a single self-contained page: semantic HTML, embedded styles, and a little vanilla JavaScript — no frameworks, no build step, no analytics, no trackers — with self-hosted open-source fonts and WCAG AA accessibility.

The opening sequence — a hand-drawn SVG skyline you bring online node by node — is plain SVG and vanilla JavaScript, no libraries, with a skip button, keyboard support, and reduced-motion and no-JS fallbacks.
